Today Emma had booked a sound recording studio for us to record the voices and some sounds for Crocodile Tears. We had 3 students volunteer to do the [voices] of the crocodile (they're more grunting and groaning): Josh Smythe as Victor, Connor Mckee as Griftie and Katie Wyman as Kathryn.
For a lot of the foley sounds would be downloaded from royalty free sites by Alex.P, but those we could do in the studio we recorded. We did some sounds like the coins falling into the hat/hands, the bags dropping on the ground, some movement on gravel for the park scenes etc.
We didn't do sounds and voice recording for the whole movie, we just recorded what we needed for scene 3, during the fight in the park. We got a lot done and I was very pleased with voice acting we got for the film.
