This is the croc-in-rags, the hard worker of the two con artists, he's the one that sits out in the hot sun getting people to part with their hard earned cash with his sob story, a poor homeless amputee with a missing leg. Of course, he's not missing a leg. He isn't happy in this predicament, he wants to live a relaxed life with the money he's earned on the streets, but his accomplice who handles the money, pays him in pennies (literally) and treats him unfairly, it's only a matter of time before he uses his crocodile tears to get his own way.
Here we have the croc-in-the-suit, he is a greedy, underhanded croc who believes he is the brains behind the dynamic duo, he handles all the money earned by the croc-in-rags. They both have the same dream, to live on some tropical island with yachts, but he spends the money they're meant to be saving on suits, fine cigars and a gold watch. Despite his spending, he is all business, focusing on nothing else, and he wants to make sure his partner in crime is thinking exactly the same way...or else.
The Croc-in-glasses spots the downtrodden looking croc-in-rags and takes pity on him. She can see he is treated terribly and that this is no way for a fellow reptile to live, she hands him some food and offers to take him for a walk.
She's not aware that his missing leg is actually right there the whole time she is with him...or does she?
Here we have a couple of the study sketches I did to really help make my crocodiles look more like...well...crocodiles.
